Key, a probationary employee at a production house, is instructed by her boss to remove a mysterious figure standing behind a history expert in footage discussing the 1998 tragedy. Although confused and unsettled by the figure’s presence, Key repeatedly attempts to erase it but fails. As the editing process continues, strange and terrifying events begin to haunt them, blurring the line between reality and imagination. Under relentless pressure from their boss, Key forces themself to return to the editing suite. They finally succeed in removing the figure—only to turn and discover it standing beside them, wearing Key’s own face.
